Pengembangan Learning Management System Berbasis Algoritma Clustering Dan Genetika Untuk Pembentukan Kelompok Heterogen Dalam Model Teams Games Tournamen

Pembentukan kelompok belajar heterogen yang efektif pada model Teams Games Tournament (TGT) sering terkendala penilaian pribadi guru dan waktu yang lama. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan Learning Management System (LMS) berbasis kecerdasan buatan untuk mengotomatisasi proses tersebut secara objektif. Menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) model ADDIE, sistem mengintegrasikan K-Means Clustering untuk profiling motivasi siswa (model ARCS) dan Algoritma Genetika untuk optimisasi kelompok. Uji coba pada 31 siswa SMA menunjukkan sistem sangat layak (validasi ahli 96,8%) dan praktis (skor SUS 88,1). Secara fungsional, sistem mencapai keseimbangan ukuran kelompok sempurna (100%), dengan tingkat heterogenitas motivasi sebesar 41,5% yang dipengaruhi distribusi data populasi. Disimpulkan bahwa integrasi algoritma K-Means dan Genetika dalam LMS ini efektif sebagai solusi pembentukan kelompok belajar yang objektif dan efisien.
